Remedy is a unique place to work because as individuals, we each have the opportunity to make a direct impact in our organization; both by the effort we put in and the suggestions we make. We have the ability to continually improve our organization and we each have the chance to have direct conversations with our leadership, including our owner, at any time. It’s a great feeling when you know that you are part of something that is greatly impacting others’ lives and we really impact a lot of lives in the work that we do. Everyone in the organization believes in the importance of that, so when anyone on the team has an idea that can make us better, people pay attention and put it into action. That’s a pretty cool thing to be a part of. At the end of the day, if we can help more people put food on their tables, that is what it’s all about.
