Our Team

Elyssa joined our team in June of 2022. She graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in German Language in 2013. She brings with her many years of management experience and is excited to connect people with jobs in the Madison area. When she is not working she spends her time with friends, doing yoga or enjoying live music. 

Cori is an experienced Market Manager, passionate about helping others of diverse backgrounds and skill sets find the perfect job placement. Cori's competitive, driven, and committed personality is the reason why so many job seekers and clients in the Fort Atkinson and Janesville areas love working with her. Her personal motto comes from Walt Disney: "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing."

Myriah, a recruitment expert in both the staffing and higher education industries, has a true passion for helping others succeed. A pro in territory management, software implementation, and strategic planning, she focuses on helping businesses in her market improve businesses. Myriah is actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce, LASHRM, and Coulee Region Young Professionals. When she's not working, you can find her outdoors, traveling, or rooting on Wisconsin sports teams.

Andrew joined the Remedy Team in January 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics from UW-La Crosse. As a Recruiter, he is eager to help job seekers in the Madison area find their perfect career fits. When not at work, you can find Andrew trying out new restaurants with friends, collecting vinyl records and spending time on the lake. 

Kimberely joined the Remedy Team in August 2021 after graduating from UW-Platteville with her bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management. As an Operations Lead, she ensures her team has the tools,training and motivation to meet their goals. When not at work, you can find Kimberely fishing, reading, shopping or listening to music.

Ashley joined Remedy in 2017 and has proven she is always up for a challenge. She enjoys communicating with others and serving as an uplifting motivator to help them reach their goals, which is why she loves working at Remedy! When she's not in the office, she loves being active and outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

Lea Ann, a valuable member of the Remedy team since 2011, has proven she is always up for a challenge and can pivot on a dime. Lea Ann started her journey as a Recruiter, Market Manager, Training Manager, Regional Director and is now serving as a Regional Vice President. Lea Ann's ability to prioritize, organize, and inspirationally lead her team make her a huge asset to Remedy. Outside of work, she loves the outdoors, camping, travelling and spending time with her family.

Joseph is an extremely inspirational leader, an insightful colleague, and an operationally-minded professional. Driven by relationship building and streamlining processes, Joseph is perfect for his role as the Director of Operations. Outside of the office, his passions are people and investing in real estate.

Paula joined the Remedy Team in March 2022. Her adventurous and ambitious spirit allows her to excel in her role as Bilingual Recruiter in our Madison East office. She is eager to help job seekers find work that is meaningful to them and is available to assist in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Paula enjoys reading, playing video games and going to the pool.

Jeff joined the Remedy Team in June 2021, bringing over a decade of staffing industry knowledge with him. As the Director of Growth, his optimistic personality and years of experience provide him with the skills needed to plan and implement growth strategies within the Wisconsin Region. When not working, Jeff enjoys doing yard work, exercising and spending time with his family.

Jose started with Remedy in 2018 and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While enlisted, he successfully completed Recruiting School. His military background laid the foundation that drives him to accomplish team-oriented goals. He prides himself on being the "go to" person for the every day tasks that are difficult to accomplish alone. Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and cooking.
