Better Work Life Academy
In partnership with Penn Foster, associates who have worked at least 80 hours for Remedy can choose from a catalog of free online courses designed to improve their job-related skillset.
The courses range across a variety of topics such as technical and machine operations, warehouse basics, workforce readiness, computer skills, and English as a second language.
For each completed course, you can earn a digital badge to share with family, friends, employers and on social media.
Life Skills Studio
These free courses focus on your personal development to help you succeed in life.
When browsing course options, you can expect to find topics such as budgeting, health, stress management, and communications.
Also, you don’t have to worry about overwhelming your to-do list with more work, as each course is self-paced and able to be completed in less than 10 hours. More knowledge with less time and commitment is a huge win!
Online High School Diploma Program
Open the door to more jobs and higher pay!
This online program offers an affordable and convenient way to earn your high school diploma – no matter your age.
The mobile-friendly format allows you to work through each lesson on-the-go. Your journey to diplomahood is broken-down into small, manageable sections that easily fit into your schedule.
Plus, you also have access to academic assistant coaches to help you through any questions that may come up along the way.
