With the Remedy mobile app, you can access your information anytime, anywhere to better manage your job search and employment.
Here are some of the app’s features that will take your experience with Remedy to the next level:
Push Notifications
In the busyness of life, it can be easy to lose track of due dates and timelines. However, by enabling push notifications from the Remedy mobile app, you will never need to wonder about information such as your assignment start date or when your paycheck gets deposited.
You can also receive reminders when it is time to update your availability or when you receive a job offer from your recruiter.
Update Information and Availability
In the Remedy mobile app, you can log into your account and see details such as your phone number, email address and home address. Whenever any of your contact information changes, you can make the appropriate edits to keep everything current.
Also, we recommend ensuring your job search status stays up to date. If you are available and looking for work, we want to help you. In the app, you can select the days and times you are able to work and can change them at any point.
Direct Deposit and W2 Information
If you would like your checks to go directly into your bank account, the mobile app provides a link to the website that walks you through setting up direct deposit.
You can also access the website that contains your electronic W2 form, so you are always prepared for when tax season rolls around.
Job Map
The map feature of the mobile app helps to visualize the positions we are currently hiring for in relation to your location. Based on the home address entered, the map will show you job matches that are nearest you.
You can view the details of each match and apply if the position interests you.
View Job Details and Apply
For each job, you can review a full description. This includes type of employment, approximate length of assignment, commute distance, pay rate, responsibilities, requirements, shift and estimated start date.
Additionally, if you are interested in applying, you can do so with one click. The app pulls your information and submits an application for that position on your behalf.
Assignment Details
Once you have accepted a job offer, you will be able to view details of the assignment.
These include your supervisor’s name and phone number, the dress code, job location, your start date, shift details, parking information, and food and break guidelines.
You also have the ability to alert Remedy that you are not coming into work, including an explanation as to why, or that you are running late, including an estimate of how long it will be until you arrive.
Access Pay Stubs
If you are ever curious about pay amount, hours clocked or taxes deducted, you can view your detailed pay stubs in the app.
You can view a full list for all weeks worked with Remedy. You also have the option to view each online if you would like to print or save it elsewhere.
